Food Hygiene Tips to Keep Your Lunchbox Safe
As when preparing all food, it is important to remember the basic rules for food hygiene – for example paying extra attention to raw and ready to eat food.
Lunch boxes need additional care, as they are often not eaten until a few hours after they have been made. It's also important to keep them cold, particularly in hot weather. For example you could use cool packs and frozen drinks for insulation.
